As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless technology operations and providing expert support to internal teams across the organization. You will handle IT requests, manage hardware and software setups, and oversee IT assets while maintaining accurate records. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting onboarding and training, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders. You will also take ownership of IT projects, from documentation to system configuration and integration, contributing to a well-organized and efficient IT environment. In Short
