In Short

• Provide expert-level support and administration across Aker’s core IT platforms.
• Be responsible for final escalations for technical issues.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, Product teams, and end users.
• Lead administration and configuration of Microsoft 365.
• Manage user and group identity management via Azure Active Directory and AWS IAM.
• Optimize operational health and security of SharePoint Online environments.
• Implement application deployment and decommissioning of IT services.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex IT issues.
• Monitor system usage and produce performance reports.
• Independently lead the implementation of security policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT support and systems administration experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong proficiency with Azure Active Directory and AWS management.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Knowledge of Powershell and Graph API.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a high-demand environment.
• Experience in providing strategic input to an IT maturity plan.
