  • Implement brand operational guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Build consistent brand awareness and partner with marketing teams.
  • Oversee store openings, renovations, and relocations.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and strategic vision.
  • Proven leadership capability and team development skills.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in retail, wholesale, and business strategy.
  • Experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time, sometimes for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English required.
