Senior Director, Commercial - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Commercial will partner directly with dedicated main house wholesalers to cultivate strategic relationships and drive commercial ownership and strategic oversight of the annual business plan.

In Short

• Lead the Commercial strategy for your territory.
• Build strong business relationships with key wholesalers.
• Oversee Commercial plan development and critical processes.
• Manage end-to-end Wholesaler Management and relationships.
• Provide routine report-outs through Sales Performance Reviews.

• Leverage tools for strategic oversight of the business.
• Support and manage pilot projects as needed.
• Model key leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• 10+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to engage people.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive work environment.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Preferred knowledge of ABC laws & regulations.
• Knowledge of consumer product drivers.
