As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building a next-generation Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, enabling seamless content workflows at enterprise scale. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop robust backend services that power a large-scale web experience platform. This role offers the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, influence the architecture and performance of critical systems, and contribute to a product used by hundreds of thousands of customers. You will balance speed with quality, mentor peers, and help shape the evolution of a rapidly growing, AI-enabled product. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems for managing and serving digital assets, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and deliver new product capabilities across multiple areas of the technology stack.
• Write, test, and document production-quality code while applying web best practices, performance optimization, and secure data handling.
• Participate in incident response, code reviews, technical design discussions, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving team processes, development workflows, and deployment pipelines.
• Take ownership of complex problems, communicating trade-offs and solutions effectively across teams.
