• Provide guidance and assistance for complex project control problems.
• Expert in Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and mitigation.
• Support project managers with initial phasing plans and CPM schedules.
• Equip teams with tools for effective cost control.
• Develop systems for scheduling and controlling internal resources.
• Assist in analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and reporting of schedule status.
• Lead performance reviews and personnel development.
• Prepare historical data for project acceleration insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Controls position.
• Basic engineering knowledge in related fields.
• Proficient in project controls software, ideally Oracle Primavera.
• Demonstrated potential to perform as a lead Project Scheduler.
• Strong communication skills.
