Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing armed security operations across multiple sites in a high-stakes government contract environment.

• Oversee security operations and personnel at approximately 15 sites across multiple states.
• Manage a team of ~30 licensed armed security guards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and operational reporting.
• Directly supervise, lead, and mentor security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Verify proper maintenance and operational use of security equipment.
• Maintain and enforce current security procedures and emergency response plans.
