Remote Product Marketing Specialist

Overview

This position is for a Remote Product Marketing Specialist who will drive the adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across payments products by developing strategies and messaging that highlight the value of services to customers.

In Short

• Own payments positioning and messaging for Service Fusion.
• Partner with Product Management to launch new payments features.
• Optimize conversion by understanding the end-to-end payments customer journey.
• Measure campaign effectiveness through payments funnel reporting and insights.
• Translate payments performance data into actionable insights.
• Create messaging highlighting automation and operational efficiency.
• Maintain sales enablement materials and training resources.
• Support content and marketing efforts for customer activation.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on payments buyers and users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in payments software or SaaS.
• Proven collaboration abilities across sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills to derive strategic decisions from data.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Pendo or Heap.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Independent, self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
