In Short

• Be the face of CloudLabs Engineering for customers and maintain exceptional customer experience/satisfaction in terms of program and product management.
• Accurately translate customer/leadership requirements into technical requirements for the engineering team and set customer/leadership expectations.
• Prioritize and own projects delivery, ensuring on time and within scope.
• Identify and highlight risks timely to manage expectations for customers/leadership/internal teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and alignment between engineering, services, support, and sales teams.
• Enable Product Manager to be successful in their role.
• Define Product Roadmap, in sync with customer/leadership/internal requirements.
• Conduct customer interviews/product research to develop product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management and product management.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in conducting user research and deriving strategic insight from data.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and release planning.
