  • Define product requirements and success criteria for features such as funding sources, integrity protocols, new payment modalities, and expanded merchant types.

  • Serve as subject matter expert in payments and merchant systems, managing stakeholder expectations, troubleshooting issues, and collecting customer feedback.
  • Lead sprint planning and execution in Agile environments; set priorities and coordinate rollout activities including configuration, testing, analytics, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Facilitate alignment across internal and external teams, ensuring smooth product launches and continuous optimization.

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in payments or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of merchant systems and payment ecosystems.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
