Principal IS Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is integral to transforming clinical study design and analysis through innovative technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project portfolios align with business strategy and execute IS capabilities.

In Short

• Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage business analysis activities.
• Capture the voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs.
• Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments.
• Prioritize release scopes and refine the product backlog with Engineering and Product Management.
• Facilitate the breakdown of epics into features and sprint-sized user stories.
• Translate complex business and technological needs into actionable requirements for development teams.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent academic qualifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for technology challenges in drug discovery.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and writing requirements for web applications.
• Proficiency in Agile project management systems such as JIRA.
