Remote Payor Performance Manager

Overview

This position is for a Remote Payor Performance Manager who will enhance revenue cycle operations for a partner organization and its providers, managing key relationships and ensuring efficient operations.

In Short

• Attend and present in provider partner facing meetings with executive leadership.
• Assist in note-taking and document meeting discussions.
• Coordinate follow-ups from meetings and collaborate among departments.
• Maintain and schedule client specific rounding documents.
• Develop a master contract matrix with key dates.
• Build and maintain a rolodex of key payor contacts.
• Own and maintain standardized presentations for provider partners.
• Interface with colleagues to capture issues.
• Manage revenue cycle operations efficiently.
• Communicate and implement best practice revenue cycle processes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Previous leadership experience in healthcare or similar environments.
• Experience in managed care contracting and negotiations.
• Solid understanding of hospital and physician revenue cycle processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
