Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted guide during the onboarding process, helping customers successfully navigate their learning journey and unlock the full value of their software in a fully remote, mission-driven environment.

In Short

  • Guide customers through the “Getting Started Journey.”
  • Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between onboarding and other internal teams.
  • Help customers identify the immediate value of their purchased platform(s).
  • Track onboarding progress and manage deliverables.
  • Proactively address any roadblocks to customer success.
  • Work cross-functionally to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • Passion for customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
