The Onboarding Specialist at Peek.com will play a crucial role in onboarding new operators and ensuring their success with the PeekPro software suite.

  • Provide quality onboarding experiences for new Peek operators.
  • Facilitate training sessions on the PeekPro product suite.
  • Customize booking buttons on partners’ websites.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve partner issues.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with partners and team members.
  • Anticipate and address partner needs.
  • Support partners through the onboarding journey.
  • Provide consultative guidance for optimizing online bookings.
  • Maintain a remote-first work ethic.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and optimization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and get tasks done right.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a nice-to-have.
