In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and delivering key initiatives that support a diverse portfolio of residential brands. Your efforts will ensure that marketing and product launch activities run smoothly and efficiently, enabling our partner to meet their objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to drive alignment and operational discipline, making a significant impact on the success of residential marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to influence brand strategies and enhance customer engagement while working remotely.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Digital, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment and predictable delivery.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and milestone reviews to keep partners informed and projects moving forward.
  • Manage workflows for social content, sales enablement materials, and new product launch packages, ensuring timely production and approvals.
  • Support product launch readiness by coordinating assets and digital updates for Residential brands.
  • Maintain launch calendars, trackers, and activation plans for various brands.
  • Identify risks and assist teams in resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide consistent project status updates through dashboards and weekly reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance execution and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, or Workfront.
