In Short

• Own the end-to-end management of high-impact and cross-functional marketing projects.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and track progress.
• Identify risks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Partner closely with PMM, Demand Gen, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Act as the central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive campaign planning processes and define goals and KPIs.
• Design and implement scalable workflows and templates.
• Communicate effectively across workstreams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Thrive in ambiguity and proactively resolve roadblocks.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of marketing and experience launching multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana and JIRA.
