Marketing Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll own the execution of multi-channel marketing projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and timelines between internal teams and client stakeholders.

In Short

• Own and manage end-to-end marketing project timelines
• Serve as the point of contact for client communication and updates
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time and high quality
• Create and maintain ClickUp boards to track progress, blockers, and priorities
• Lead weekly project stand-ups and client check-ins
• Track performance metrics and flag optimization opportunities
• Identify and systemize repeatable processes for scale

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing project management experience (agency background preferred)
• Strong grasp of digital marketing (influencer, paid social, UGC)
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable using project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
