Senior Creator Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Creator Marketing Manager will own creator campaigns from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project briefs.

In Short

• Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns from creator sourcing to final delivery
• Identify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit
• Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Ensure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Work closely with and manage UGC Coordinators for high-quality execution
• Keep internal systems clean and up to date
• Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Prior experience in UGC or influencer marketing campaigns
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
