Overview

As a Senior CRM Manager at Brigit, you will contribute to day-to-day operations for major Brigit CRM channels including Email, SMS, in-app, and push. This role focuses on optimizing workflows and managing CRM campaigns.

• Manage CRM programs from conception through analysis.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Compliance, and Data teams.
• Run A/B tests and optimize marketing workflows.
• Own transactional workflow reporting and monitoring.

• Ensure accurate setup and deployment of campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify upsell opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys.
• Report to the CRM Director.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of CRM management experience.
• Experience with Iterable and dynamic scripting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to write and edit CRM copy.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and deliverability.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
