Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to lead efforts in acquiring new customers for our Retail Deposits business. This role is central to shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth in consumer deposit products, focusing primarily on customer acquisition, with opportunities to influence broader enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 9 years of Marketing experience or relevant experience.
• 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Significant experience in marketing strategy, especially in financial services.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics for marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
