Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

Brigit is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support our next phase of growth by driving core FP&A functions, including strategic modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role is perfect for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys building in a fast-paced environment at a mission-driven fintech company.

In Short

• Strategic Finance & Scenario Planning: Build models to evaluate new initiatives, investment opportunities, and business scenarios.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Maintain and enhance Brigit’s financial model and develop forecasts and budgets.
• Financial Reporting & Insights: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and deliver insights.
• Cash Flow & Capital Efficiency: Monitor cash flow and collaborate on capital deployment.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a trusted finance partner to teams across the company.
• Process Development: Design and implement scalable finance processes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth consumer-focused company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences.
