• Be a Strategic Business Partner: Work side-by-side with brand revenue leadership and the broader finance team.
• Drive Sales Incentive Execution: Own the end-to-end analysis and execution of sales incentive plans.
• Build Scalable, Automated Tools and Insights: Design and implement scalable, automated systems and tools.
• Champion Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial workflows.
• Deliver Impactful Decision Support: Perform profitability and performance analysis.
• Identify Trends and Drive Operational Insights: Analyze financial data to surface trends.
• Partner to Evolve Financial Excellence: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive financial, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with financial systems is a plus.
• Experience using or evaluating AI-enabled tools is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
