Overview

This position involves growing and deepening relationships with key customers across India, focusing on identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Identify and close new opportunities within existing major customer accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations, and post-sale handover.
  • Generate sales through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads.
  • Articulate the value of products to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Track and manage pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance using Salesforce.
  • Handle quotes, order processing, and customer requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless handover to customer success and post-sale support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales and account management.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
