You will work cross-functionally with engineers, product owners, and AI specialists to develop production-ready models and intelligent workflows. From building robust data pipelines to implementing cutting-edge techniques like LLMs and reinforcement learning, you’ll help embed AI into core business processes while advancing best practices in MLOps and agile delivery.

In Short

• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to address real-world business problems and deploy them at scale.
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation.
• Integrate ML models into complete workflows, including serving, monitoring, and evaluating performance in production environments.
• Apply advanced AI techniques such as transformers, LLMs, RAG, vector embeddings, predictive modeling, and reinforcement learning.
• Continuously monitor and optimize deployed models to enhance accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate on MLOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployment, and testing of AI systems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and problem-solving initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mentality.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
