Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

Cobalt is a fully remote company focused on enhancing security through effective Offensive Security Testing. We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team.

• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers for data operations.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Automate model performance monitoring and alerting.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
• Participate in planning and optimization of ML platforms.
• Support the creation of high-quality training datasets.
• Define scalable infrastructure for model training.
• Facilitate efficient use of GPU/TPU resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering or DevOps, with 1+ years in MLOps.
• Strong background in deploying ML models to production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience with data pipeline tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts.
• Comfort working in a mission-driven startup environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus.
