LMS Developer - Remote

Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and optimize a modern learning management system (LMS) that supports internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives.
• Customize LMS interfaces, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs.
• Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and enrollment processes within the LMS.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end-users.
• Create and run LMS data reports and dashboards to analyze usage, progress, and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to implement engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Integrate third-party applications such as CRM, SSO, and communication tools with the LMS.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and periodic audits to ensure platform reliability and data integrity.
• Document processes and maintain technical manuals related to LMS operations.

Requirements

• Experience with LMS development and management.
• Strong understanding of eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
