As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions, including GenAI-powered systems and NLP applications. You will lead a high-performing, global team, mentoring junior data scientists while shaping AI strategy and best practices across projects. Your work will span the entire data science lifecycle—from problem identification and model development to deployment and performance monitoring. In Short

• Define AI and machine learning strategy, tooling choices, and best practices for model building, prompt engineering, and vector retrieval systems.
