As an IAM Security Engineer Consultant II, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop secure, scalable workflows, integrations, and automation for identity provisioning and compliance. This position combines hands-on technical work with opportunities to influence architecture decisions and support the growth of less-experienced team members. You will help ensure that identity management systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational compliance requirements, while contributing to strategic initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining custom workflows, rules, and APIs in IAM platforms to support automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Integrating IAM systems with LDAP directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Configuring modules for lifecycle management and compliance to meet complex business and regulatory requirements.
• Diagnosing and resolving integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure system stability and compliance.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines for deployments using tools like GitHub and Jenkins within agile development cycles.
• Responding flexibly to dynamic work demands, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of IAM solutions.
