Remote Experience Manager

Overview

You will design, implement, and continuously improve programs, frameworks, and virtual experiences that enhance engagement, connection, and productivity for remote employees across the country.

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve remote and virtual teammate experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in People programs or related fields.
• Experience supporting fully remote organizations.
• Hands-on experience managing collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual events.
• Creative and execution-focused mindset.
