Overview

This position is crucial to ensuring that the organization's strategies align with its goals. As an Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance employee training programs and drive departmental alignment with enterprise objectives.

In Short

  • Design, implement, and manage training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update department SOPs and resources.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Lead strategies for communication and engagement.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide Revenue Management support as needed.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Revenue Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles.
  • Knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • BS/BA degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Revenue Management certification preferred.
