Overview

The Ed-Tech Implementation Specialist will support K-12 schools in maximizing their use of educational technology by leading the onboarding, configuration, and implementation of digital platforms.

In Short

• Lead and support K-12 district partners through setup and implementation of SSO platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for technical onboarding and integration.
• Collaborate with technology teams and instructional leaders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a customer-first mindset.
• Document actions and maintain a database of customer interactions.
• Run live programs via Zoom and provide technical support.
• Manage data related to program registrations and attendance.
• Support ad hoc tasks like modifying landing pages.

Requirements

• Experience in K-12 education or educational technology.
• Strong technical skills, especially with SSO and SAML.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with data management and program coordination.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
