Overview

An experienced Data Engineer is needed to design, build, and optimize modern data pipelines and architectures that empower analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and AWS services.
• Architect and manage Medallion architecture within Databricks.
• Implement and maintain Unity Catalog and enforce robust data governance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets.
• Design and maintain data models to support analytical and reporting requirements.
• Implement Slowly Changing Dimensions and apply normalization/denormalization techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and implement optimization techniques for query performance.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Experience with Databricks and SQL.
• Ability to design and manage data architectures.
• Experience with data governance and lineage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
