Remote Data Engineer

Overview

This position is for a Staff Data Engineer who will lead and manage the modern data ecosystem to enhance healthcare through high-quality data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 2+ years in a senior or staff level role.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, dbt, and Python.
• Experience with large-scale cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with Data Engineering and Lakehouse.
• Advanced expertise in data platform architecture.
• Ability to create modular frameworks for enterprise solutions.
• Strong command of distributed data processing techniques.
• Experience in HIPAA regulated environments.
• Technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
