This position is focused on accelerating the adoption of real-world evidence solutions across the biopharma ecosystem, requiring a senior, customer-facing professional to drive growth and manage complex sales strategies.

In Short

  • Drive growth within biopharma and life sciences accounts.
  • Partner closely with Client Partners on co-selling and account planning.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Engage senior stakeholders through presentations and business cases.
  • Collaborate with product, science, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Stay current on RWE trends and regulatory guidance.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities across territories.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Deep understanding of real-world data sources and evidence generation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Success selling to senior biopharma decision-makers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory guidance related to RWE.
  • Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teamwork.
