Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agents to join a dynamic team supporting insurance services. In this role, you will assist members with quotes, policy inquiries, billing, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications.
• Must obtain an insurance license within a specified timeframe.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards.
• Strong research and internet skills.
