In this role, you will drive the growth of Care Delivery services by applying strategic insights and analytics to identify new business opportunities. You'll work collaboratively across various teams to incubate innovative ideas and refine existing solutions, thereby ensuring the ongoing development of high-impact initiatives. The position demands a blend of analytical thinking, effective communication, and leadership to tackle complex challenges and support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, particularly in management consulting or healthcare.
• Strong background in growth strategy and product commercialization.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and SQL.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and build effective relationships across teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
