Jobber is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join their growing Legal team, providing legal advice and support across various business operations.

In Short

• Provide timely legal advice on corporate/commercial, privacy, and security matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Support negotiation and documentation of commercial transactions.

• Serve as an in-house generalist for various legal matters.

Requirements

• LLB or JD from an accredited law school.
• Qualified to practice law in Ontario, Alberta, or another Canadian province.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-call experience in-house or in a firm.
• Practical, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
