• Provide legal advice and support day-to-day activities
• Expedite sales process and manage customer legal relations
• Collaborate and align with company departments related to legal matters
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters
• Draft, negotiate, and revise contracts and other documents
• Manage intellectual property portfolio
• Advise on legal and regulatory compliance operations across business verticals
• Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives
• Analyze and solve legal problems
• Coordinate matters regarding intellectual property, acquisitions, insurance, employment, taxes, litigation, data acquisition and distribution, corporate transactions, real estate, and IT
