Associate Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Legal Counsel, you’ll be a core member of our Legal team, driving strategic initiatives across product development, regulatory compliance, and business operations. You’ll serve as the primary legal point of contact for payment-related matters and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Strategy, Marketing, Compliance, and other business stakeholders.

• Play the role of strategic product counsel throughout the lifecycle of new product and feature development.
• Partner with business teams to create groundbreaking services.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements.
• Work closely with the Compliance department to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Proactively monitor regulatory developments and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in advising fintechs.
• Ability to provide strategic advice and align regulatory requirements with business objectives.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
