Overview

The Global Mobility Agent will assist in making the immigration and relocation process smooth and seamless for talents, working remotely and managing relocation cases primarily in Spanish.

In Short

• Assist and manage Spanish relocation cases.
• Design relocation processes and prepare immigration documentation.
• Arrange for consultants for in-person immigration appointments.
• Communicate with partners, clients, talents, Embassies, and Government institutions.
• Update the platform with assigned activities.
• Support the Global Mobility Team with various tasks.
• Assist clients with accommodation searches.
• Prepare immigration-related forms and letters.
• Prepare materials for client consultations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 level).
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Tech-savvy.
• Ability to prioritize and focus.
• Empathetic towards foreign talents' struggles.
• Independent working style.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of immigration processes is a plus.
