The Workspace Experience and Operations Lead will drive operational excellence and create exceptional workplace experiences for a premium financial services client in the UK.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional FM qualifications preferred (BIFM, RICS).
  • 10+ years of experience in senior FM leadership roles.
  • Expertise in integrated FM service delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in FM technology platforms.
