Overview

The Supplier Performance Manager at JLL is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and overseeing the Supplier Performance Management Program.

• Manage day-to-day supplier performance and compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers regarding service delivery expectations.
• Monitor and improve the Supplier Performance Management Program.
• Ensure timely completion of program deliverables.
• Identify and address process gaps in supplier management.
• Provide training to Supplier Performance Managers.
• Report on supplier performance ratings regularly.
• Engage with senior leaders to align on program requirements.
• Manage corrective action plans for underperforming suppliers.
• Utilize technology platforms for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Vendor management experience preferred.
• Experience in Facilities and Construction Project Management is a plus.
• Strong critical reasoning and accountability skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other reporting platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
