Overview

The Senior Management Surveyor at JLL will be responsible for providing professional advice on property management for the firm’s managed buildings, ensuring quality service delivery to clients and tenants.

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure quality service.
• Act as the company’s representative to handle client and tenant inquiries.
• Degree in real estate, building management, or related discipline required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in property management.
• Knowledge of relevant ordinances is essential.
• Excellent client relationship management skills are necessary.
• Initiative and ability to work independently are important.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
• A valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is a definite advantage.

Requirements

• Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline.
• 3 years' relevant experience in sizable property management company.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and related laws.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is a plus.
