Senior Manager, Supplier Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Supplier Management will manage the production schedules for clinical trial supplies at CMOs, ensuring timely delivery and addressing operational issues.

In Short

• Interface with Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners.
• Manage production schedules for clinical trial supplies.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for supply production plans.
• Provide technical guidance to external partners.
• Monitor KPIs relevant for supply management.
• Participate in business reviews with CMOs.
• Develop and maintain budgets related to CMOs.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing SOPs.
• Occasional travel required.

Requirements

• BS in Science, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical supply chain management.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management and distribution.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
