Overview

The Reception and Facilities Assistant role at JLL involves providing front of house and reception services, managing client requests, and ensuring smooth operations of FM services.

In Short

  • Provide front of house and reception services for clients.
  • Handle customer requests and ensure high-level support.
  • Manage visitor arrivals and distribute calls.
  • Handle couriers and post deliveries.
  • Maintain management information systems.
  • Assess building maintenance issues.
  • Supervise Soft Services vendors for cleaning.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
  • Ability to interact with all company members.
  • Experience in reception or hospitality is beneficial.
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • IT skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
