Overview

The Facilities Manager at JLL is responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality facilities management services in both office and manufacturing environments, ensuring service delivery aligns with client goals and budget constraints.

In Short

  • Manage facilities operations and maintenance for assigned sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic direction for operations teams.
  • Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Foster positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop facilities management teams.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee third-party contractors and vendors.
  • Utilize CMMS tools for efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of Facilities Management experience required.
  • Strong technical background in industrial settings.
  • Experience managing 24/7 operations.
  • Superior client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage within budget and time constraints.
  • Familiarity with various building systems.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
