Overview

The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of materials, equipment & supplies, and helpdesk management.

In Short

  • Provide superior customer service to meet or exceed on-site client’s expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Corrigo helpdesk system.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments for building performance.
  • Develop relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in financial processes and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are in place.
  • Support JLL’s Quality Management program.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and communications.
  • Work independently and deal with stressful situations effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and local language.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements and vendor management.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property management.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Self-motivated and flexible in adapting to changing situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on performance targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
