  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces.
  • Process facilities service requests.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to facilities operations.
  • Support the Assistant Facilities Manager with documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently with a customer service mindset.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in reception or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Experience in facilities coordination or property management preferred.
  • Bilingual in English & Cantonese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers.
