Overview

The Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality Facility Management services to support the business needs of clients in a safe working environment.

In Short

  • Provide front desk services and greet clients.
  • Monitor office facilities and critical environments.
  • Assist with vendor management and contractor evaluation.
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage customer service and client relationships.
  • Handle billing and payment management tasks.
  • Supervise reception staff and provide backup when necessary.
  • Assist with reporting and KPI reviews.
  • Support the relocation of staff and office restacking.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the client or FM.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in managing facilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
