The Facilities Coordinator will deliver high-quality Facility Management services to clients, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment while supporting business needs.

In Short

  • Provide front desk service and greet clients.
  • Assist in monitoring office facilities and critical environments.
  • Manage office equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Coordinate vendor management and contractor evaluation.
  • Handle client relationships and office supplies purchasing.
  • Support billing management and financial reporting.
  • Communicate with landlords and manage office relocations.
  • Supervise reception and provide backup when necessary.
  • Assist in monthly reporting and KPI reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in facilities management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
